I highly recommend working with the Wendy Flynn Real Estate team! I contacted Molly Flynn to view multiple properties ahead of a long distance move. I only had a certain timeframe to travel to the area to view the properties and Molly was incredibly understanding of my situation. She lined up all properties I was interested in to view and included new ones I had identified the morning of our meeting. Molly also provided great tips about shopping in the area as well as what the electric bill for a property may look like in the summer. Communication was excellent throughout the process and Molly's work helped ensure I found a great place to stay for my new chapter here!
