FlyGirl Home Staging & Redesign had the pleasure of working alongside this amazing realtor on a property that had been sitting on the market with very little activity. Although the FlyGirl team had staged the home prior to her taking over the listing, Wendy came in with fresh energy, a new perspective, and a marketing strategy that truly made a difference! Her creative social media presence, consistent marketing efforts, and dedication breathed new life into a listing that had lost momentum. She knew exactly how to bring renewed attention to the property and get buyers looking again. As professional home stagers, we know that beautiful staging is only one piece of the puzzle. Having a realtor who knows how to market and showcase a home is just as important. Wendy is a perfect example of how the right combination of presentation, marketing, and determination can make all the difference. We would absolutely recommend Wendy to anyone looking for a realtor who goes above and beyond to get results!

We used Petra Santana as our agent and I cannot recommend her enough. We live in Houston and purchased an investment property in College Station. She went far beyond the call of duty as went through the process and has continued to help us post close. Not a lot of agents out there that are willing to do that. She is kind, helpful and just an overall pleasure to work with.

Extremely professional and helpful at the drop of a hat. Misty made it easy and seamless. Couldn’t be happier, highly recommend.
